Great location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping, and public transport. Finding a parking space close to the apartment can be challenging, but there is an affordable paid parking area only 300 meters away for just €2 per day.
The apartment is well-equipped for a short stay and provides all the essentials. The only downside is that both the bed and the sofa bed could be more comfortable. A higher-quality mattress would greatly improve the sleeping experience.

Good location. Close to the beach. Not too far from the city. Well serviced by public transport. Reasonably sized apartment. Air conditioner in the living room and the bedroom.
Right next to a very busy road which makes it extremely noisy. Unfortunately, noisy even at 3 or 4 am.
The shower cabinet was not well insulated - water leaks outside and has to be mopped after each use (quite a lot of leakage).
Very stingy with coffee and other condiments. The advert said, "simply ask for more and we'll give you". However, this wasn't true as when I asked, they said you get only the 2 sachets of sugar, 2 coffee capsules etc. It's false advertising.
