Never Again
The kids enjoyed the play room
Arrived at the property and didn't have the correct code to get in. I called and the hostess said she didn't know that I was coming, that she'd just left the property. I told her I booked the property a month in advance. She claimed there was a power surge due to a storm and she'd have to send someone out to look at the refrigerator, but that wasn't all, the AC wasn't working either! I emailed her about the AC and she later replied that she was sending maintenance for the refrigerator and a professional HVAC for the AC between: 2:30-:3:00 the next day and that she could order mini fridge to be delivered because I had to spend Extra money on ice cooler's and bags of ice to try and preserve the food I brought,.plus fans to try and sleep as comfortable as we could which was absolutely Impossible, especially for my asthmatic mother!
The maintenance guy came around 11:00 and was there for a couple hours and it was obvious he knew he couldn't repair either the AC or the refrigerator, he was leaving and wasn't going to say anything until we asked and he said he had to inform the owner. Still hadn't heard from her about anything not even the mini fridge. Once I informed her that my family and I left her property after 24 hrs, she said I didn't confirm that I wanted the mini fridge delivered..Hello my food was in ice cooler's on ice! I had to throw away meat, frozen pizza, dairy products. The only thing she cared to mention was that I forgot to update on the app about my two dogs, which I put on my booking.com reservation.
She offered to reimburse me $74 for the appliance issue, that was Monday at 11;00 the day I was supposed to check out, today is Thursday and Nothing! You shall reap what you sow because my family and I didn't deserve the treatment or experience we endured paying almost $700 . I don't know how people like this can sleep at night.
