Don’t book here if cleanliness is important.

The area was walkable to good restaurants and there was a decent amount of space indoors. It was on the first floor so no climbing of stairs was required other than a couple of steps until the toilet broke and for a day or so we had to climb 3 stories to use a toilet.

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with this apartment. Although Alejandro was courteous and responsive when we contacted him, there were serious problems with cleanliness, maintenance, and access throughout our stay. From the beginning, the toilet flushed with very little water. It eventually became completely clogged and unusable overnight. We tried to unclog it ourselves, and the alternative bathroom we were given required walking up three flights of stairs each time it was needed, including for my 83-year-old father and 75-year-old mother. Someone came to repair the toilet the following morning, but during the repair a considerable amount of dirty water from the toilet spilled into the apartment’s common area, leaving a strong smell of feces. We were traveling with a one-year-old baby who frequently plays on the floor, and at that point we no longer felt comfortable staying in the apartment and left one night early. There were several other problems. On our first night, we had to clean long hairs and grime from the shower walls ourselves, and the shower smelled unpleasant. We also saw ants despite having no food in the apartment. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable and worked only in a very limited area. Access was particularly problematic. We had difficulty operating the door system, were once trapped in the interior patio because we had not been warned that the door could lock behind us, and on another occasion an alarm went off when I checked that the apartment door was properly closed and the system then prevented me from getting back inside. Only one key was provided for six guests, even though the key was also necessary to exit the building, which we found concerning from a safety perspective. This also meant that if some people wanted to go out but others wanted to stay, they could be trapped until the others returned or a stranger opened the door. Total waste of vacation time.

Truly it looks much better in the photos-the TV was not even in front of the couch-really would have liked to give a good rating for this apartment because it is spacious for my little family and if the hosts were nice, We would stayed for a month! The apartment was extremely smelly, dirty and even had mouldy walls.

Other than the mouldy bathroom, and the rude administration, we had no internet, the entry code did not work, and the TV is not there as shown in the pictures. Terrible finishing and noisy window directly on the street.

Me gustó muchísimo el departamento. Es muy cómodo, está bonito y la ubicación no puede ser mejor: se puede caminar a todas partes y hay muchos restaurantes y tienditas alrededor. El espacio es amplio, perfecto para descansar o trabajar, y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Además, está tan nuevo que varias cosas las usé por primera vez. En general, me sentí muy a gusto durante mi estancia. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
