Spacious modern home with all amenities you need.

Very central and good suburb, spacious, safe, coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries and transport around the corner.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier ÜBERHAUPT nicht!!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Ruhige Straße im Seefeld. Die Wohnung war groß und geräumig. Sie hatte 3 Ventilatoren zum aufstellen, was bei einer Außentemperatur über 30 Grad super war. Saubere Betten.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt bei der Wohnung leider gar nicht. Sie ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Angefangen von den ungemütlichen Möbeln, über die spärliche Küchenausstattung. Es waren von jeder Geschirrart oder Besteck nur wenige Teil vorhanden, was einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche mit täglichem Spülen verbindet. Eine Herdplatte war defekt, keine Spülmaschinentaps, ein Spülschwämmchen und ein Abtrockentuch war vorhanden. Der kleine Handstaubsauger war defekt. Es ganz keine weiteren Utensilien zum säubern der Wohnung. Bei einer Woche mit Kleinkind geht das gar nicht. Im Bad lag ein kleines Seifenstück wie man es aus Hotels kennt, Toilettenpapier war vorhanden. Der Teppich, der im Wohnzimmer lag, war dermaßen verdreckt und alt, dass wir immer geschaut haben, ihn nicht zu berühren. Ebenso die Fußmatten auf dem Balkon. Der Boden war insgesamt nicht gut gewischt, man hatte schnell schmutzige Füße. (Hier hat der Vermieter aber gesagt, dass er jemanden schicken würde, wenn wir wollen, wir haben ihn über alles in Kenntnis gesetzt). Da wir aber schon alles ausgeräumt hatten, wollten wir das nicht mehr. Die Stühle, Tische und Co war das billigste aus einem Möbelhaus. Einladend ist wirklich was anderes. Man bekam einen Müllsack zur Verfügung gestellt. Nur den darf man benutzen für die Mülltonnen. Für eine Woche auch nicht ok. Die Abdeckung an der Badewanne war nicht dicht und der Boden stand nach dem duschen unter Wasser. Der Vorhang hat seine besten Zeiten auch hinter sich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht. Wenn man 2000€ für 6 nächste zahlt, erwarte ich einfach was anderes. Für eine oder zwei Nächte vielleicht ok, aber sonst nicht zu empfehlen.

Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man am See. Die Wohnung war sauber, ist groß und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden (auch die in anderen Bewertungen als fehlend bemängelten Artikel wie Toilettenpapier, und Seife). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man am See. Die Wohnung war sauber, ist groß und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden (auch die in anderen Bewertungen als fehlend bemängelten Artikel wie Toilettenpapier, und Seife). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
