This is very new and clean. The staff are exceptionally helpful. The facilities first rate and the location central without feeling you’re in a bustling city centre, it feels like an oasis especially in the central court yard. If ever I’m in Frankfurt again this is where I will be staying.

The Hotel is actually one of the best City Hotels in Europe. Refined luxury, one of the most elegant SPAs, Great Terrace, Refined food at the restaurants and in room service.
Management was extremely attentive and caring. High touch. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel , service, everything

Comfortable, clean room with the ability to park outside which was helpful as we drive across Europe and our car is full. Clean cot provided. The coffee was delicious and well worth a mention.
Poor communication via this app. Limited gluten free food options. Some other small issues- namely lack of attention to detail for a few things. Daytime staff were very friendly.
