The view and the facilities were great.
The communication with the property manager/ owner deteriorated coming up to the stay. We arrived at the home and had to repeatedly call the owner and they couldn’t speak English and dismissed us. We finally got help from some Good Samaritans who helped communicate and clarify with the Booking Contact/owner that we were waiting to get into the property. The owner had completely omitted sending us the information on entering the property even though they said they will provide details the day before . Even now I’m not sure if the people running this property know if we are checking in or out as I kept getting messages on check out time, 2 days after I’d already left.
