The property was beautifully presented very clean and had everything you need. The location was perfect for the Safari park but also close access to M5 and other main roads to get to other attractions like Birmingham city center. The commutation on check in and check out was clear and easy. We stayed with a 1 year old and the facilities are perfect for a family of 3 no matter what age of the child. Beds are extremely comfortable with soft mattress and cost bedding. I would definitely stay here again

We only stayed for one night so weren’t there for long. Kitchen facilities were great, bed was comfy and enclosed garden was good.
Personal preference (and I know you can’t please everyone) but needed more/firmer pillows. Also appreciate that it can’t be helped due to the area but parking was awkward with it being on street parking and we daren't risk our car down the alley in the dark. These two things are only personal opinions not a negative for the property.

Lovely, recently remodelled flat that had everything we needed for a 3 night stay visiting family in the local area. We visited during a heat wave and brought our floor fan, which helped a lot. The house was cool in the evening and parking was easily managed on the street outside. There is parking around back which is best accessed to the narrow road on the right of the property, but as we found parking on the street, this was not necessary.
There was a problem with the front street-level window getting stuck, but the owner came and helped close it and sorted things out very quickly :)
