Safe, serene, and relaxing — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is beautifully located in a very secure gated community in Ikoyi, which immediately gave us a sense of peace and comfort. Having a gym and pool on-site was a lovely bonus, and the overall atmosphere felt calm, clean, and truly welcoming. We felt safe and well looked after throughout our stay

Terrible! Unclean! Bad Management!

The ground staff were helpful, they tried to make the one night I stayed pleasant (I originally booked 7 nights but cancelled halfway)

Do not stay here. There are cockroaches in the flat and spiders in the bed, raising serious hygiene and health concerns. In addition, there are significant gate access issues, it is secure but not ideal for a traveller looking to get taxis or deliveries. Importantly, flats are all different sizes and have different interior layouts and conditions, meaning the quality and experience varies widely from unit to unit. What you see or are promised may not reflect the reality of the flat you are allocated. All concerns raised and till today no refund or clear communication on a refund has happened!
