The apartment was is like the photos, clean, comfortable and well set up. It felt like a great home base in Newstead and we really enjoyed the space.
Only very minor things - no tea towels and just one key for the three of us which was also needed for the basement parking. Nothing that really affected the stay.

My husband and I love the location. Walking distance to visiting family and close to bus and rail services.
The one bedroom apartment is very comfortable and has a full kitchen. We have stayed here before and will come back.
Nothing.

The location was perfect. Right across the road from The Triffid where my concert was held :) The room was clean and very nice with a good view.
The location of the lockbox had me looking around the outside of the building for 20mins. Maybe either move the lockbox higher or specify the lockbox is to the right of the entry gate down the bottom of the bars.
