Not recommended and disappointing experience!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The apartment is located on the 14th floor, so it offers a high, open view over the surrounding area. It was particularly nice to watch the sunrise from the apartment in the morning, which was a pleasant experience. In terms of equipment, the apartment also had most of what we needed. However, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. One of the main reasons we booked this property was because it was advertised with access to a pool and spa. Before our stay, we specifically contacted the host to ask whether the pool was heated, and we were told that it was located in “the best spa in Moldova.” However, at no point were we clearly informed that the pool and spa were actually located in the hotel next door, rather than within the property itself, or that access required an additional charge. We only discovered this once we were there. Since the pool and spa were an important factor in our decision to book the apartment, we feel that both their actual location and the additional cost should have been clearly communicated in the listing or, at the very least, when we specifically contacted the host to ask about the pool. Regarding payment, Booking.com stated that the property would handle the payment directly. This included the apartment stay, parking and the cot. However, we were not informed beforehand that the host expected the payment to be made in cash. We only became aware of this at the property. For travellers who may not be carrying enough local currency, this is important information that should be clearly communicated in advance. The parking situation itself was also inconvenient. The compound was quite chaotic, with cars parked in different directions, which made accessing the underground parking area more difficult than expected. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment.

Apartamentul este mare si spatios la etajul 14 de unde se vede foarte frumos orasul Chisinau.

Imposibilitatea de a gasi un loc de parcare, iar proprietarul te poate ajuta contra cost cu un loc subteran (16 E/zi)
