Staff were super friendly. Laundry was free which was a bonus. cleaning staff were very prompt with cleaning room everyday, supplying new towels , bedding and clearing rubbish and dishes in time for us to return to a clean and comfortable space .
I think the only thing was not having bowels forks available in rooms , in saying that though reception who advised us to see REC kitchen staff were kind enough to provide these for us .

The food was fab.
The room was not as nice as it could be, the edge round the bath was a bit gross. Out of the 4 places we stayed this trip.. Christchurch, Twizel, Greymouth and Picton, this was the least fave, for the price it was not good value, and the room very tight. Plus so random but u only got 1 spoon and 1 knife.
