Location of the apartment is great, bus stop 2 minute walk away and the tram 10 minutes. Apartment is a great size and was clean and tidy with lots of extras, like coffee machine and pods/dishwasher tablets and washing machine with powder also provided.
Just a few small things that could definitely be improved on, upon arriving the apartment was freezing cold with all the windows open, the heating was off and had actually stopped working, we managed to rectify this ourselves as we had someone in our group that is a plumber, and after that we had no further issues (the apartment management were also quick to reply when we said we had an issue). There were also smaller things that could be improved on like lack of kitchen equipment, we were a group of 7 and there were only 6 mugs and the exact amount of cutlery. The towel rails in the upstairs bathroom weren't plumbed in so were pointless. We also couldn't access the balcony even though the instructions to the apartment say that we can, when we contacted the management team about this they said we went allowed to go on the balcony but we felt they said this so that they didn't have to find a key and come out to the property (it says on the apartment instructions left for us to leave balcony tidy and empty ash tray) again, not a massive issue but annoying for the smoker in the group who had to keep going downstairs.
Bedding could also be better, duvets were super small and some of the pillows are old and lumpy and had stains on.

We loved being just out is the city with space to move around. There was plenty of room for our family of seven. Grocery was walking distance. So many restaurants to choose from! The bus was just outside the apartment and it came every 15 minutes or so. Great place to stay!

Internal door very heavy , I won’t say it’s negative but not kids friendly .
