Very comfortable except for some minor issues like there was limited amount of bathroom tissue paper provided, the shower’s drainage is not so good, but by and large it’s good.

I liked that the host was quick and forthcoming with solutions. The views around the property kept growing - promising some more explorations on my next stay. The supermarket and the 7-Eleven are a godsend... especially for the days that we had to do some additional requisitions.
My only minor beef with the property is the lack of a spare key especially when the door was also faulty and needed a minor repair. The host was quick enough to offer a solution to it but it would have been less of a hassle to have had a spare key on-site. But this incident didn't dampen our stay and we were grateful that our remaining stay was less hassle and uneventful.

One of the best places for staycations in the heart of Cebu City.
Not much night life though... have to travel or walk further a bit to chance upon such things.

The unit is located atop a growing selection of places to shop and dine. The nearby 7-Eleven was a lifeline, and the supermarket, a bonus when it was open. I also liked that there was a nightlife that needed to be further explored on my next planned stay in this area of the city.
Nothing to dislike. But if one had to ask: would it be possible to have the flatscreen moved to the bedroom instead? That way, one can save on electricity by utilizing just one A/C unit in the room.
