Although the building is quite old it is well maintained,the gardens were beautiful,the security seemed good and the elevators were quick and reliable.
The apartment was entered through two code secured doors after exiting the elevator
The apartment was in very good condition,decoration was fresh and all furniture and fittings were modern and in very good condition,the apartment was also extremely clean and very well equipped.
Proximity to 24hr corner shop,bars and resturuants a 2 minute walk away.
A bottle of water in the refridgerator on arrival would have been welcomed instead of immediately having to go out and shop for one.
When the other apartments on the same level were not occupied there was a strong obxoxious smell came from the bathroom drain,as soon as they were occupied the smell disappeared
A shortage of hot water occurred when other apartments were occupied
The modern designer sofa was hard to feel comfortable on a nice comfy armchair would be nice.

The location is excellent within walking distance of both the town and cost. The view is spectacular. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable with excellent facilities.
Nothing really. Although an ironing board would be helpful.
