the property was perfect, clean and very well equipped with everything one needed. Perfect for my needs. Only remark would be to provide some simple instructions for the appliances , it took a while to get the great induction hob to work !
it would have been nice to have a brief description of check in process as soon as booking was confirmed, ie : that it is a self check in and that they will send codes closer to date, instead of creating confusion by saying that an email with practicalities is on its way shortly, then having to ask 3 times to finally have to communicate through whatsapp.

Excellent location and comfortable
Noisy on a couple of nights with deliveries/ rubbish trucks

Great location for Spitalfields area bars and restaurants. Nice spacious and well presented flat.
Noise levels from the street in Flat A (1st floor) meant it was really hard to sleep outside 12-4am due to very loud voices and delivery loading/unloading bangs and crashes from the street below. Bathroom is also quite cramped.
