I was allaying in Kaunas for surgery so this was ideal as is linked to the clinic building. Apartment was clean, smelled lovely and very spacious. Large outdoor balcony for fresh air if I didn’t feel up to going outside. Bed was large and comfortable, a bit low, as was couch but I think that’s kind of standard in Lithuania. WiFi worked perfectly and huge smart tv. Appliances are all working perfectly and clean. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee ma ch one and washing/dryer unit. Heated flooring in bathroom was a bonus. List access to building convenient, although only one flight of stairs. Ordered food multiple times and had no issue with deliveries, they were left at the front door. Host was great and responsive. Nothing was a bother. I normally give accommodation a quick clean before I leave and strip beds however I informed the host I would not be able to due to surgery and I was told not to worry as I am his guest and it is not expected. Perfect host and would stay again.
Only think I would say was that the blind had been broken from balcony door and was within cupboard so at certain time of day sun shone through and could not see tv. Not really an issue as I took this chance to walk around or had I not been recovering would have been out of the apartment anyway.

Komfort i wyposażenie: Piękny, duży i wspaniale wyposażony apartament.
Szacunek i absolutnie najwyższa rekomendacja! Na pewno wrócę przy najbliższej okazji.

It was our first visit to Kaunas. It was a lovely clean modern apartment with everything we needed. It was close to the akropolis shopping centre, the sports centre, park, river and the town. The apartment was soundproof, good Aircon and heating. A lovely big balcony full of sparrows especially if you put some seeds out. Good parking for a car or Bolt. The host answered my messages straight away. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
