The location was good the property was really modern and clean and spacious.

It was really difficult to get into the property which was the main disappointment. Everything else was excellent. I do understand that the company manages a large portfolio. However the access information wasn’t shared 24 hours in advance so I had to chase multiple times and call many different phone numbers to coordinate. We didn’t get into the property until over two hours after our pre-agreed arrival time which was a shame. We were also told that the information would only be shared if we passed on scans of our IDs which I’ve never been asked for before and it made me really anxious that the property was a scam or that I was at risk of identity fraud. When I did share the information it took a while to get a response which made me freak out even more. I would maybe recommend revising the access process. One thing to also note is that sometimes the door of the building wasn’t properly locked so anyone could just walk in off the street. I think that might be worth looking into. Otherwise everything was great so thank you 🙏🏻

Zoals op de foto's weergeven was het appartement net als verwacht. Netjes en mooi en voorzien van al het belangrijke.

Wat gehoriger bij de straat kant.
