This is a lovely family-run business with great value for money. They are so kind, friendly. The place is excellent ( Not central to the point where it's too noisy but walking distance from all the main attractions and restaurants, coffee, markets in Tam Coc )

Good location, clean room
I can't say for sure if it was deliberate or a mistake, but they tried to switch me to a smaller cheaper room on arrival (almost half the size and cost, but still charged the original price for the larger more expensive room) despite me showing my booking information on arrival with everything clearly listed. Then the receptionist had to phone the owner to check if it was ok to give me my original room, which was rather strange and didn't make sense. But within 15 minutes of complaining I was given the correct room. Unfortunately this left me reluctant to use any of the other additional services offered (tours, bike hire, laundry, restaurant or bar) which is a shame because it's why I'd specifically chosen this place. Also I was waiting for friends to arrive in the area, but I didn't want to recommend my hotel because of this strange situation. It's a shame because the staff are very nice, and I liked the place.
