Great location - bit of a let down for the $'s

Avenel is small town of character between Nagambie and Seymour - house is well positioned on a hill, very quiet with a rural outlook. Is a big house that when built, had a lot of thought but it is now tired and somewhat dated

It just felt a bit "sad".. Someone's great pride in a home is now a "building" that hints of past glory but which has lost a bit of it's character. Great verandah for example but zero outside furniture other than two chairs.
