THE WORSTS HOSTS
Main hotel
The listing was clearly advertised as a two-bedroom villa accommodation, which was the primary reason for booking. Upon arrival, it became immediately clear that there was only one bedroom, leaving not enough places for everyone to sleep. This was not a minor discrepancy — it fundamentally changed the usability of the space.
The issues did not stop there. The instructions indicated that if we needed anything additional (towels, blankets, etc.), we should go to the front desk. When we did exactly that, the front desk informed us that all requests had to go through the host, not them, and that any rollaway bed would cost extra — which is unacceptable given that the property was misrepresented in the first place.
I contacted all listed property managers immediately upon arrival to report the issue and seek a resolution. Despite multiple attempts, I have still not received any response. The lack of accountability and communication only added to an already frustrating experience.
This stay fell far below expectations due to false advertising, poor coordination between the host and front desk, added surprise charges, and complete lack of follow-up from management. I am sharing this review because I do not want anyone else to go through the same experience. Transparency and basic accommodation standards were not met, and I regret booking this property.
