Tulivu Homes can do much better. I would strongly recommend addressing these issues before hosting other guests.and trea

The location was the only convenient thing for me.It’s easy to access everything you need.

I would not recommend this property. My experience with the host was extremely disappointing from the beginning. When I arrived, the price was different from what was shown on the app. The host insisted that I pay cash directly because he did not want to accept the app’s Genius discount and said the platform takes a percentage. We agreed on a full cash payment, which I made. Despite this, on the last day he began demanding additional money, threatened to cut off the electricity, and repeatedly sent security to the apartment, which was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. The biggest issue was the electricity. The host initially claimed the problem affected the entire building, but we later discovered it was only our apartment. For much of our stay, we had no electricity, no hot water, and could not safely use basic appliances because whenever we switched something on, the power would go out. The gas system also had issues and became dangerously hot, and we could not properly switch it off from the main supply for almost two days. This was especially unacceptable because the weather was extremely cold and the apartment is on the first floor. A neighbour kindly offered us a heater, but we could not use it because of the electricity problems. There were also serious communication and connectivity issues. The apartment had almost no mobile network once inside, and at one point the Wi-Fi was disconnected while I was still staying there. I was left without internet for approximately a day and a half. On my first day, I also had issues with the electricity tokens. I had left to visit family and returned the following day to find that there were no tokens, leaving us without electricity for hours. The apartment also lacked basic amenities that I would expect from a rental property. There were no toiletries provided, and even basic kitchen essentials such as salt and sugar were not available. I had to purchase these myself during my stay.

I had an amaizing rest another stay coming soon.

Everything was as described, plus a complimentary service on pickup. The beddings were clean, and I enjoyed the breakfast. Security was top-notch. Very calm, silent place to rest. And the host was welcoming

As of now, all was in good condition. Nothing was short of expectation. The kitchen water was at good pressure, and the hot water—wow, it was super amazing—and the clean towels as well. Perfectly clean.
