I booked this accommodation because of its marked location on the map listed on hotels.com. The actual location was 20-30mins away on busy subways from where it was shown on the map (change of subway lines were needed). I wouldn’t have booked this place if I knew it. The check in instruction email was in Chinese. I had to request the instruction in English. And even after the request, subsequent messages still came in Chinese. The room was nice and clean. It’s a good value.

The place was fantastic! Really loved the location, as it was close to multiple metro lines, making it super easy to get around Osaka. It was extremely quiet in the room, despite it being next to the metro! It was overall a fantastic place to stay and will stay here again when we return to Osaka!
