Discover the Basque mountains and the Aldudes valley! XUHINXAHAREA is a semi-detached house, not overlooked, located on the heights of the village of Banca, 800m from the village center. The cottage is arranged over 3 levels. On the ground floor: - a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, 2-burner gas hob, 2-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave), a lounge area with an inset fireplace - a utility room (washing machine) - a toilet On the 1st floor: - a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - a shower room/toilet On the 2nd floor: - 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (90cm) - a bathroom - a toilet Electric heating is included. Air conditioning is available in the living room. Firewood is available at an extra cost. Covered terrace with beautiful mountain views, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking. Wi-Fi internet access. XUHINXAHAREA is an ideal base for exploring the Aldudes Valley and hiking the trails of the Basque mountains. The gîte is 20 minutes from the citadel of St Jean-Pied-de-Port. The Nive River also offers opportunities for whitewater sports (rafting, etc.). You can combine relaxation with sporting activities.
