From here—home to the famous fresco “The Lady at the Window,” a must-see for anyone visiting the city—you can comfortably explore Como and its stunning lake on foot. With the train station less than a 10-minute walk away, you can easily reach Milan, Lugano, and all nearby destinations. The apartment is approximately 70 square meters with a spacious living area featuring a comfortable sofa bed and an open kitchen. The bedroom has a king-size bed. A fifth bed can be added upon request and placed in either the living area or the bedroom. The bathroom, which has a shower and a window, is preceded by an antechamber equipped with a washing machine. The living room opens onto a charming little balcony via a French door. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The apartment is entirely at the guests’ disposal. It is located on the first floor. There is no elevator. The staircase is easy to navigate, with a handrail and low, easy-to-climb steps.
