Located in Maratea, one of the most charming towns along the Tyrrhenian coast of Basilicata, Villa Rosamaria is a cozy 80-square-meter apartment on the first floor of a detached villa, surrounded by greenery and offering a stunning view of the sea. Perfect for families or small groups, the property can accommodate 7 people and is designed to offer comfort and tranquility.
The apartment features three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, while the other two share a small terrace with a panoramic sea view and can be arranged as double or triple rooms (one with a double bed and a single bed). A second full bathroom, located outside the bedrooms, is available to guests; both bathrooms are equipped with bidets, and one also has a shower.
The living area includes an indoor kitchenette and an outdoor kitchen currently under construction, perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners. The spacious outdoor areas include a fenced-in garden, a sun deck shared with the owners, and an area equipped with a wood-fired oven and barbecue, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
The property also features two indoor parking spaces, an outdoor washing machine located in a small outbuilding, and a separate entrance to ensure privacy and independence.
