With two living rooms, your group can spread out comfortably—cheer on the big game in the basement while others unwind upstairs.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to cook and dine together. Seating includes a dining table for 12, island seating for 3, plus an extra table often used as a kids’ table.

Traveling with little ones? We provide booster seats, a pack-n-play, and a baby gate for your convenience.

Outside, the driveway offers comfortable parking for 6+ vehicles (more than 6 vehicles needs approval). While the home feels private and secluded (less than ¼ mile of gravel road), it’s just minutes from West Des Moines—giving you the best of both worlds.
