5 km from La Bastide-Clairence, the Domaine de Ximista is two independent, single-story gîtes, all-inclusive and comfortable, in an exceptional, unique location with a view of the Pyrenees. This holiday cottage has been listed since 2019. New owners will take over in December 2025. This detached, single-story cottage is located near the owner's house and another cottage (G142167) on a 4-hectare property with three alpacas, a pair of Shetland ponies, horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and Cameroon sheep. The two cottages are 300 meters apart. The property sits on a hilltop with panoramic 180° views of the Basque mountains and the Pyrenees. The cottage includes a living/dining area with a kitchenette (oven/microwave, small refrigerator, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine), a lounge (140 cm TV), two bedrooms (one with a single bed, one with a double bed), a shower room/WC, and a separate WC. Electric heating and a pellet stove are included. Beds made upon arrival, towels and linens included, cleaning included. Internet access. AIR-CONDITIONED COTTAGE. Private terrace under a pergola, garden furniture, garden with sun loungers. Lake Arroques de Guiche is 10 minutes from the cottage: a spring-fed lake in a natural setting with a water sports center, beach and supervised swimming (free access), Water Jump, water slide and zip line, paddleboarding...
