Escape to our charming 115 m² house set on a large walled plot of 1000 m², perfect for a relaxing and active holiday. Ideal for 6 people, this property offers the luxury of a private swimming pool (32 m²) and immediate access to nature via a cycle path.
Leave your car safe in our private parking lot: the Tramway (500 metres away) takes you directly to the heart of Bordeaux in just 20 minutes.

The house has been recently fitted out for your comfort:
Capacity: 6 people.
Bedrooms (3): Three comfortable bedrooms of 12 m² each, with sheets and blankets provided.
Living rooms: A spacious dining room of 40 m² (with a 3-seater leather sofa, armchairs and television), and a storage room (7 m²).
Fitted kitchen: Recent and functional, it includes built-in oven, gas hob (3 burners), electric hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer (540 L), toaster, coffee maker, and a practical butcher's block.
Shower rooms:
A large bathroom with spacious shower, two sinks and large closet.

A separate toilet.
Equipment Provided: Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, internet socket.

Smoking: Allowed only on the terraces and outside the house. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside.
An inventory of fixtures will be made on the arrival of travelers, so a deposit of 500 euros in cash will be required in case of breakage or damage inside or outside after the visit and will be given to you on departure if no incident has occurred.
