Unhappy and dissatisfied have pictures to prove it!!!

Door lock didn’t work took 10-30 minutes to get in house every time No Tv availability front room , house was dirty and grimy,mirrors had fog floors where dirty and sticky, trash cans where dirty window blinds are broken couch looks like 20 years old so sad we want a refund or credit we had to do so much neighborhood looks like In projects never book here again and never recommend this place all in all very disappointed and dissatisfied with this place !!! And when I text person said we will fix after you leave. Pillows had not Been replaced in years spot of blood on one and blankets old second hand and stained walls look like brown stain all about house inside this is a first time we had an ugly place booking.com better stop more bookings so BAD!!!

The location

The unit did not match the photos that were available there were no curtains up just blinds which were missing blinds which made it even more uncomfortable I stayed the 1st night due to arriving at 3am and never stayed another night this was my baby boys graduation and it made things harder to manage trying to find another place to stay I was told the the crew was going to put up some curtains and they never did and when I reached out for a partial refund the question was completely ignored your child only has one graduation from high school and my stay was completely ruined

The closeness to the Fort Hood

When we opened the door the entire place reeked of weed, this Airbnb was absolutely awful from the blinds to the beds!!! I’ll start with the blinds, 5 windows in this apartment and every blind has missing vanes you can see outside, if you want to or not, I had to place towels over the windows just to have privacy, it only gets worse, the bed coverings and sheets are straight from a porno scene, stains on pillows!! Trails of sexual encounters. So me being optimistic, we go and buy sheets, so we can at least rest after 10 hours on the rode, what a giant waste of funds, the beds are so hard we may as well slept outside on the concrete steps, however the stairs are cleaner than the bed sheets!! Because we are visiting fort hood which is where my Son and my grand children are, we tried using the recliner loveseat, to rest, but it’s so old and low to the floor and worn out. The pictures that are represented on booking. Com are not what is actual, I know you’re wondering why we stayed well the next nearest Airbnb for the time we needed was 2 hours away. So we tried to suffer through This bug infested poor choice of accommodations, the only bright spot this Airbnb offers is leaving!!! This place shouldn’t be available for use, and the inspectors that checked this place should condemn it!! This place is actually a joy killer, we have to cut our stay short because our bodies can’t take the beds that you have in this place!! I’ll also post these pictures I’ve taken.

The host was very communicative and the apartment was very comfortable. Traveling across the country with 3 teens caused a lot of anxiety, especially going to a place I was unfamiliar with, and trying to find a place that could comfortably fit us was a challenge, especially at a reasonable price. This place checked all of the boxes for us. If we ever go back to Killeen, we will definitely stay here again!

I have no complaints.
