Kleine maar erg leuke riad. Sfeervol ingericht. Leuke ontbijtlocatie. Enorm vriendelijke gastheren. En midden in het centrum, maar toch rustig.

De deur sluit niet helemaal goed aan waardoor we andere luidruchtige gasten goed hoorden.

Le service était excellent . Bravo Youssef pour la qualité de ton service ! Très très bien situé on ne pouvait pas espérer plus à 3 min des souks et de la place El-Jema

Chambre un peu petite

L’établissement était vraiment très bien situé pas loin des souk et de la place principale, la Riad était vraiment jolie

La cuisine un peu petite heureusement que nous n’avions pas demandé de manger le soir dans le Riad s’il était rempli, et dans la suite nous avons eu une fuite d’eau, ce n’était pas étanche.

As a business woman working in the hospitality industry, the price I paid for this accommodation is unnaceptable, and if I were the person in charge, I’d specially pay attention to the following: - room Kasbah is impossible to sleep in. It’s noisy in a way I have never seen before. The motorcycles are like INSIDE the room, and there’s a water pump right underneath the window that keeps working all night and making a very annoying noise - I’m NOT a light sleeper! Had to wear headphones to sleep in the room and even to stand staying there while getting ready for example. THAT Noisy. Windows have no isolation. Open or closed, it doesn’t matter. My suggestion: sound proof these windows. I stayed for SIX! Nights and didn’t have ONE single good nights sleep. And don’t take this lightly. It’s NOISY! - No mirror? Why? I mean… why wouldn’t you add a full body mirror so that people can check themselves before going out? Also there’s no full-body mirror elsewhere in the riad. - bed mattress needs changing. I also had a back pain for most of my stay, and again, I don’t have back pain/problems often. - makeup in the bathroom is impossible. The lighting is REALLY bad. REALLY! - the door to the bathroom is REALLY annoying. Unpractical. -last but definitely not least, the room STINKS! I could say it smells bad, but that would not translate HOW BAD the room smells. It’s like you are inside the sewage! I promise you I just didn’t change my accommodation because I had spent so much money and also the availability in the high season was very low. But it was torturing for me. So? To the one managing this: If you pay attention to these things that are NOT details, you’ll get the best riad in Marrakech, cause you already have the great location and nice people working. Until then, I would not recommend this stay to my worst enemy.
