Great location, poor apartment

The location was great.

Only 1 toilet but the information was misleading. The bedrooms smelled of sewers, a broken tile in one of the bathrooms was an injury just waiting to happen. The images of the rooms to make the facility look spacious when it's not. Only one plug for the toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Not the best place we have stayed at.

Very comfortable Clean and Airconditioned

Very clean, Air-conditioning and fantastic location

A perfect base to express Lyon.

The air conditioning. We were there during the heatwave and while the ac was only in the bedrooms, it did cool down the living area too. Washing machine was very handy with a hanging rack. Location was perfect to explore Lyon. Be warned, there is only one toilet, but we knew this before arriving, so we were prepared, if you read the reviews before booking, there should be no complaints!

The correspondence with the managing agents was appalling. They just wouldn't respond. They sent broken links, we were lucky I took screenshots so we could get in. The lack of the little things, like handwash in the bathrooms and kitchen to wash your hands (there were empty handwash dispensers - why have them there, empty??). .

7 / 10

Great location, modern feel, 1 toilet is a challenge.

The location was great!

The property was advertised as having 2 bathrooms. However, there was only 1 toilet. That should be made more clear in the description.
