Beautiful house on a large block. Very well appointed. Very clean. Lots of Kitchen crockery, cutlery, etc. All Queen Beds - mostly thought to be very comfortable. Lots of living rooms - we did not use them all! Large indoor dining table for puzzles & eating. Separate Games Room was well used. Great outdoor seating & BBQ. Lovely view out the back when sitting outside. Large flat back yard. Very quiet & felt quite rural.

A little out of Mudgee township for walking back after dinner & drinks at night. Games room could have been used more if there were fly screens for the door & windows to let in airflow, and keep out insects. For up to 9 people there are only 2 toilets in the house...a separate toilet would be a great addition. Small things - a few more tea towels and hand towels would have been appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless and exceptionally well maintained—it felt brand new. The beds and couches were all incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. The house was stocked with plenty of board games, puzzles, and books, which everyone enjoyed. The games room was a fantastic bonus and kept the kids engaged. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Communication with Bliss Stays was excellent; they were friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.
