Disappointing

There were plenty of spare towels and duvets. There was a coffee machine with a couple of packs of pods provided. It was good to have a washing machine and drying - although on three occasions using them appeared to trip the electrical wiring in the whole back of the house. There was shampoo and conditioner provided.

Unfortunately, after we left, we reached out to the owner about an item of clothing we had left there. The owner confirmed she had the item but despite multiple prompts, they did not respond to our requests to arrange for us to collect. The owner then made multiple requests to leave a 10 star review, and I think the reason they didn’t give back the clothing was because I hadn’t yet left them a positive review. Regardless, I would just be cautious about booking this place in general, the photos in the listing include photos from other properties, and the “third” bedroom is actually the laundry, cramped in with the washing machine, dryer and shelves of pungent cleaning products. The light fixture in the bathroom flooded the bathroom on the last night, which we informed the owner of. The shower in the main bathroom only has a small screen so it floods the floor every time someone showers. There were multiple bars of half-used soap in all the bathrooms. The kitchen benches were covered in placemats which had collected a layer of dirt and grime in between - we cleaned this ourselves when we arrived. There was ample storage space in the cupboards but most of the space was taken up by the owner’s belongings, making it hard to store anything in the cupboards (we stayed 8 nights). Theres was generally a lot of clutter on surfaces throughout. You can’t open any lower level windows, they are all deadlocked, which was awful for ventilation in the heatwave. It was also noisy when the property upstairs was booked- you could hear steps and toilets flushing (although this is typical of accommodation in London)

Very good stay.

Our stay was comfortable and check in was seamless. The property was clean and well maintained. The host is very approachable and helpful. Overall, it was really good.

Ouro vacation in the U.K

The hostess...Daria , a wonderful Lady, very Kind and sweet...the house is cosy, very big as well...everything works , there is plenty silverwear and dishes...We liked everything...the house is very close to two bus stops that take you straight to nearest tube station ( walthamstow central) , there are a few corner shops around the "corner". This house offers you everything you need to have a GREAT VACATION...ps....there were 7 of us...5 adults and 2 kids .
