Although it was a new house, the layout didn’t work for us. It was stressful and unpleasant!

Not having to carry any keys

How disjointed communication was and how helpless the communication team was. The layout of the house wasn’t suitable for our family. There was only one bathroom for 6 of us and we were told to just deal with it as we’ve already checked in. It’s not too hard to rehouse guests to a more suitable facility. There were a number of basic utensils missing from the kitchen and wifi didn’t work the first day as someone forgot to pay the bill. We will not recommend this place .
