The room I booked had a bigger window and was roomier. The bathroom was tiny. The air-conditioning instructions were not clear and to call the staff twice to get it working. The air-condition was blowing directly at the bed and it made it uncomfortable for sleeping. I did not get a restful sleep.
The air-conditioning and the room did not match the picture at the time of booking. I got less than what's promised. I was given a room that's not part of the main building. Also the stairs and corridor was used as a storage for towels, bottle water etc. Very unsightly.
