2 bathrooms and 2 showers really helped with 3 kids! Loved the layout of the apartment. The location is very good. Having a washing machine and a separate dryer was so helpful!

Everything was perfect just the shower water was going all over the bathroom as the drain was not working properly

Hébergement spacieux et literie confortable. C'était propre et bien agencé pour l'espace disponible. Les équipements étaient de qualité (ex: sèche cheveux dyson).

L'accès au batiment se fait dans une rue en montée très raide, mais proche de la station de métro Sinsa. L'écoulement de l'eau dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas très bien, on aurait dit un pédiluve après chaque douche.

The room space and layout are good. I stayed alone but I think the space will serve a couple well. The self-check-in process was easy and convenient, extra supplies such as towels and trash bags are also available for self-collection. Easy walk to Sinsa Station. Many shops, dining places and convenience stores around. Olive Young, Daiso and many quaint shops within walking region.

The short, steep slope leading to the hotel is something to get used to. There is a good-lighted mirror for make-up but could be better to also provide a full-length mirror for dressing.

Aesthetics were clean and room was pretty. Stayed in room 501. Location was not perfect but relatively easy to get around.

1. The slope to get to the property was a great turn off. Did not expect this steep of a slope, would have been impossible to carry the luggages up this slope without an airport transfer. 2. No lobby per se, if you are early, they let you do your bag drop in the room that you stay in, but we weren’t exactly very comfortable that we left the luggage with the cleaning crew. We also spotted that they left the previous occupants luggage outside the room while they were cleaning the rooms..? Not exactly very safe even though they have 24/7 surveillance cameras. 3. THE PONDING/FLOODING OF THE TOILET. The most annoying issue for our 5 day stay. It floods everytime we bathe. Takes about a good 5 mins for the ponding to subside after each shower, makes wearing clothes a hassle too, coupled with the next point. 4. Not enough hooks in the showers, only one handle bar so there was not enough space to put our clothes plus towel, no ledges or anything to put anything else. Should install at least another handle bar if it’s a lack of space for hooks..? 5. Lack of mirrors. Ladies, if you are a group of friends booking this estate, highly recommend for all to bring your own mirrors. Not only were there lack of full length mirror, the only mirrors were 1 at the soaking tub for whatever reasons, 1 horizontal mirror at the entrance, 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the sink area. All of which except the one at the entrance were unsuitable for makeup. 6. Lack of hangers, there was basically just 1 hanger in each room. 7. The level 3 “lobby” does provide amenities like extra towels etc but it only gets topped up I guess everyday at 11 when the cleaning crew comes over? As there were some days where we didn’t manage to get enough towels.
