ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING – MISLEADING PHOTOS, FILTHY CONDITIONS AND A COMPLETE RIP-OFF! DO NOT BOOK THI

We paid €1,786.20 for six nights and arrived to find an absolutely filthy apartment in a disgraceful condition. The bathroom was particularly disgusting, and the reality was NOTHING like the beautiful photos used to advertise the property. The conditions were so unacceptable that WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY AND DID NOT SPEND A SINGLE NIGHT THERE. We had to find alternative accommodation because staying in this apartment was simply out of the question. The apartment is on the SECOND FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR! The staircase leading to the bedroom is only approximately 50 cm wide, with NOTHING to hold on to! At this price, there is NO excuse for such dirt and neglect. We are not asking for luxury — we are asking for BASIC CLEANLINESS. Apparently, even that was too much to expect. AND THEN COMES THE ABSOLUTE JOKE: BOOKING.COM IS ONLY OFFERING A 10% REFUND! After an experience so appalling that we refused to stay even one night, a 10% refund is insulting and completely inadequate. We paid €1,786.20 for accommodation that was so unacceptable we had to leave immediately. How can this possibly be considered a reasonable resolution? Even worse, the apartment owners appear to be unable to contact Booking.com to resolve the situation. We are left caught in the middle, dealing with the consequences of this disastrous booking while nobody seems capable of providing a fair solution. We have videos documenting the condition of the apartment. This is not an exaggeration or a matter of personal taste. The property was so dirty that we simply could not stay there. €1,786.20 PAID. NOT A SINGLE NIGHT STAYED. ONLY 10% REFUND OFFERED. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Do not be fooled by the photos. They do not reflect the reality we experienced. Save your money, your time and your nerves. This was a disgraceful experience from start to finish. AVOID THIS APARTMENT AT ALL COSTS — AND THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING THIS LISTING!

Nightmare experience and I will never use booking.com again. Photos show misrepresented listing that saints there is air

It looked nice

Owner completely misrepresented the property. The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work during the 106 degree heatwave. They knew about it because it was listed as broken on the Airbnb site, but not the booking site. Owner never once responded to my messages about the air conditioning being broken, nor that I left the property immediately, and declined my cancellation request. I had to pay for a second set of accommodations that were safe to sleep in. I’m fighting with booking to get a refund. Completely ruined my trip to Paris.

A truly regrettable nightmare of a stay that ruined our vacation.

Unfortunately, after the experience we had, there was nothing positive to highlight about this stay. The situation with the property significantly disrupted and ultimately ruined our vacation. This matter caused considerable stress throughout our trip, and given the overall experience, I cannot recommend this stay. It was truly a regrettable and extremely disappointing experience. Don't make the same mistake as us.

The apartment was not as described. We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but unfortunately the AC was not working when we arrived, making the bedroom extremely hot and uncomfortable. It happened to be very hot and sunny in Paris during our stay. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, we were first asked to troubleshoot it ourselves over the phone. We recognized the unit was broken and grew frustrated. We were offered the opportunity to move to a neighbouring unit temporarily while waiting for a technician to come and fix the unit. Although this meant we had to pack again and go down the multiple flights of narrow staircase to get to the other unit, we accepted temporary fix because we would be able to sleep and would go back eventually to the original unit with working AC unit. Two nights later, at around 12:25 AM, we were told we would need to vacate by 10 AM even though the AC still had not been repaired. We were offered fans instead, which for us, is not an acceptable replacement for advertised air conditioning. Because of the issue not being resolved and the extremely inconsiderate notice at 12:25 AM, we asked for a refund/cancellation and decided to book an alternative accommodation (Hotel) at 1:00 AM at our own expense. On another note, The bed wasn't as advertised; it was a mattress on the floor with a headboard rather than a proper bed. Because of this experience, we will never again stay at a private accommodation. Sometimes we think these nightmare experiences won't happen to us, until they do. Moving forward we will stick with hotels and my advice to friends and family, even folks reading reviews online will be the same. Don't make the same mistake we did. You work hard to go on vacations - don't book this stay.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement : il est très bien situé, bien équipé, charmant, moderne et confortable. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers.

Ce ne fut pas une contrainte mais il faut savoir que l’appartement est situé au 2e étage sans ascenseur et que l’on y accède par un escalier tres étroit. Cela peut être compliqué avec des bagages volumineux.

De locatie was fantastisch, alles op loopafstand te bereiken

Wat ons tegenviel was het moeilijke te bereiken appartement op de 3 etage via een vrij stijle , smalle trap. Wij verbleven 5 dagen en hadden dus een koffer van20 kg. Dit was dus zwaar om zowel naar boven als naar beneden te brengen . 1 rol toilet papier is Zeer pover naar mijn idee , Epen ik zou de schuurspons je per ve4blijf vernieuwen daar zo’n oud spons je toont armoedig
