We loved it … parking was great also as marbella is always busy

Location was amazing, parking a great plus, value for money in January was wonderful, beautiful interior design and refurbished very well, attention to detail in a cosy but minimal way. Warm, Spotless, and all you need is there, loved the Nespresso coffee machine always makes my stay, kettle is in the press …only found it on last day!

A view of the sea would have been a real bonus but it’s just a walk around the corner, so not a major minus

Pésima estancia en Marbella y muy pésima gestión por parte de la empresa q hace de intermediaria, Málaga Suite

Pésima experiencia. La entrada se gestiona a través de la empresa Malaga Suite. Nadie fue a recibirnos y entregarnos las llaves. Se hace todo a través de códigos. El primer código para la entrada a la urbanización, no existía y tuvo que ayudarnos el portero del edificio (q tengo q decir q fue muy amable y gracias a sus indicaciones conseguimos entrar). Es una urbanización muy grande y si alguien no te ayuda es muy difícil encontrar todo. Es una urbanización muy antigua, y las plazas de parking son muy pequeñas, no entran dos coches grandes en plazas contiguas, y eso es lo q nos ocurrió. No pudimos utilizar la plaza de garaje, lo communicamos a la empresa para q communicates al propietario y nos indicaron q aparcaramos fuera y se nos compensaria (nos lo dijeron por escrito y no han cumplido su compromiso). Muy decepcionados por este tema. El piso no es como aparece en las fotos. Está muy deteriorado: paredes sucias, alfombra salón llena de manchas, sofà muy sucio y viejo, cables colgando de la pared, la tv colgando porque solo tenía una subjecion, aire acondicionado muy fuerte en una habitación, extractores de baño q hacen muchísimo ruido, la lavadora parecía q iba a salir andando, cortinas deterioradas, cuando habrías los cajones del salón te quedabas con el pomo en la mano… un sin fin de cosas q más de 3000€ la semana, creo q se pueden cuidar más Lo único bueno, la ubicación, pero por el precio q pagas, puedes encontrar en el centro algo mejor

No me gustó lo viejo q estaba todo y la mala gestión del tema del aparcamiento. Tampoco me gustó q me indicaran q iban a compensarlo a la salida y no lo hicieran. Hoy me han dicho q lo gestionara con booking, cuando booking no tiene nada q ver con esto
