Avoid at all costs!
I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to avoid it.
When we arrived at 12:45am after attending an event, we were shocked by the condition of the accommodation. It was absolutely filthy and appeared as though someone was actively staying there. There were dirty cups and bottles left around, towels on the floor, unmade beds, broken blinds, and even tissue left in the toilet, which was constantly flushing. The property looked nothing like the photos advertised.
Before our stay, I had contacted the host multiple times to ask about early check-in and received no response whatsoever. When we finally arrived late at night, we immediately felt uncomfortable and unsafe because it looked as though the property had either not been cleaned after previous guests or someone was still occupying it.
We tried calling the emergency contact number several times and nobody answered. I then messaged the host explaining the situation and expressing our concern that someone else might still be staying there. The response I received was: “You called me four times at 12:45 in the morning” There was no apology, no concern for our safety, and no attempt to help resolve the situation.
As a result, we were left stranded in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay and no support from the host. We had to find alternative accommodation at our own expense. The entire experience was incredibly stressful and upsetting.
Attempting to obtain a refund was equally frustrating. The host was extremely unhelpful, and I ultimately had to pursue the matter through my credit card company. To this day, I have received no apology, no explanation as to why the property was in such an unacceptable state, and no acknowledgement of the distress caused.
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The property was misrepresented, unclean, poorly managed, and the communication from the host was appalling. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.
