Terrível

Fez muitas exigências e no entanto me entregou um apartamento podre, não recomendo a ninguém, nada funcionava, tv desligada, cafeteira suja, máquina de lavar quebrada, lençóis usados por outras pessoas, pia entupida, e o pior p mim foi desligar o gás do aquecedor com a época do inverno se aproximando, passei muito frio no apartamento que é muito gelado, tive que sair do apartamento no 3 dia e alugar um hotel, não aguentei ficar no apartamento de tão frio que era, fora o que já comentei!

Le confort n'était pas là. La propreté des lieux laissait à désirer, l'appartement est au 3è étage sans ascenseur, le prix n'était pas à la hauteur de la prestation

Mauvais rapport qualité prix, ménage à revoir, mal équipé. Passez votre chemin.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est facile à trouver, un peu bruyant mais assez central dans St Priest (attention au bruit du marché qui a lieu sous les fenêtres de l'appartement le dimanche matin). Le logement est plutôt spacieux.

Le logement est dépourvu d'équipements qui pourraient rendre le séjour plus agréable, par exemple des lampes de chevet...ce n'est pas grand-chose, mais c'est pénible de ne pas en avoir quand on veut lire le soir... Nous étions 6 et il n'y avait que 5 serviettes de bain. Les draps fournis étaient de très mauvaise qualité (en polyester, pas de coton). On a l'impression de dormir dans un sac plastique. De plus, les draps étaient vieux, râpés, parfois même troués. Certaines taies d'oreillers étaient tachées. Il y a très peu de vaisselle dans les placards, de plus elle était sale. Le plan de travail de la cuisine était sale et tâché. Les tapis de la salle de bain et des WC étaient vieux et sales. Certains meubles sont vétustes, la TV était réparée avec du scotch, des prises électriques étaient arrachées du mur, le volet du salon ferme mal et laisse passer la lumière du jour pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon. Le ménage était fait très rapidement mais il y avait pas mal d'endroits qui étaient laissés sales. Le sol était collant. Nous avons retrouvé des mouchoirs usagés sous le canapé. Les portes des meubles de la cuisine étaient pleines de traces d'huile (au dessus de la hotte). Il y avait une odeur infecte dans les toilettes. Je ne sais pas si ça venait de l'aération ou du tapis, mais ça empestait dans tout l'appartement. Bref, ce séjour était une déception totale... Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits, nous sommes partis au bout de la première. Les photos flatteuses et les commentaires élogieux...(fake ?) mais la vérité est ailleurs. Je ne recommande pas "L'excellent". Il n'en a que le nom mais certainement pas le standing.

L’emplacement était parfait. Il était à côté de mon lieu de formation. L’appartement est très propre et spacieux. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. De plus, l’hôte est réactif et sympathique ! Je recommande.
