Great location, right in front of the skybridge leading to pavilion mall. 7/11 in the side entrance. Around the corner from Lot 10 and in the heart of Bukit Bintang.
Amazing place, great views from the panoramic windows in the 2 bed apartments. Clean, great AC, good bedding. Drinking water provided in 2 glass bottles as well as water filter on kitchen tap.
The security guard on the check-in floor was helpful in finding the room when we first stayed here. The security guards outside/downstairs are very nice too. Such a safe area and excellent experience here.
Only thing i will say is no handsoap was provided in the bathrooms. This was my family and I’s second stay/booking in a Kaites Suites apartment in two weeks as we took a small trip between to go somewhere else. Each time, no handsoap provided though shampoo and bodywash was. Other than that, 9/10 stay and would stay here again!

Prime location in KL, walking distance to Pavillion, KLCC. Clean and modern room with lovely view of the city centre. It was newly renovated not long ago.
Lack of sound proofing in the windows. Despite living on the 12th floor but the noice from the road traffic was crystal clear especially with the motorbikes revving their engines. Could barely get any sleep but lucky I was moved from the corner room to the one next door which reduced the street noice a bit.
