Dissapointing experience and I don’t recommend this location to anyone!
It was very well located, near the port.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this apartment. The only positive aspect was its location, as it is within walking distance of Puerto Banús port.
The apartment was not clean upon arrival. We found dirty cutlery in the kitchen, dust and dirt in several areas, and the overall level of cleanliness was far below expectations.
The biggest issue was one of the bedrooms, which had visible mold on the walls and ceiling and a strong musty smell, making it impossible to sleep there. We contacted the host immediately after check-in, sent photos, and asked if another apartment was available, but received no real assistance.
The upstairs bedroom also has an outdated bathroom that has clearly not been renovated like the other two. During every shower, the water would not drain properly and accumulated on the floor, making it very inconvenient to use.
In addition, there were several signs of poor maintenance throughout the apartment, including cracked floor tiles, damp walls, bird droppings on the terrace, and furniture that was not properly cleaned.
Overall, the apartment did not match the standard presented in the listing, and considering the price we paid, it was extremely disappointing. Aside from the excellent location, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

NO RECOMENDABLE.
NO RECOMENDABLE.
