Deeply Disappointed

The area. Easy access to restaurants and walks.

The apartment at first view was indeed nice. However it was absolutely not clean, and that's me being polite. Dirt and dust under the settee, hair around the ensuite, showers not cleaned to a better standard damp patch in one bathroom. Watered down hand soap in ensuite, no welcome pack either for what I paid for this trip, which I found a lot for a few days, very disappointi.ng The central heating system was so loud I hardly slept at night. Road noise was just as bad. There were also marks on the settee from previous guests that you could smell more in the evening. Curtains hanging off the rail in one bedroom, not a good look .dirty floors in bathroom and bedroom. The double bed mattress was so bad I had back and hip pain the whole time I was there. I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia and so this was torture for me. I have never had such a bad experience in any place I have visited recommended from booking .com before, and left the day before , couldn't spend another day there.

Location excellent. Needs TLC big time.

The location and space was excellent and all equipment needed was supplied

The cleanliness was not great. Dust in a lot of places. Curtains broken. Main bedroom mattress needs replacing immediately. Very uncomfortable. Duvet not great either. Leak in main bathroom after rain.
