Quartiere molto tranquillo.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The bed was comfortable, everything was in very good working order, including the fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave, and there is also a washing machine. We needed an extra blanket during our stay and the owner arranged one for us the following day, which was appreciated.
The price was genuinely very good for what we got. This is not a luxury apartment (and it does not pretend to be), but for the price we paid it offered everything we needed. I would happily stay here again.
The apartment is very small, particularly the kitchen/dining area, so it would probably feel cramped if you planned to spend a lot of time indoors. The street is also very narrow and the surrounding area is an old residential part of Porto, so don't expect a luxury-hotel setting. It is also roughly a 30-minute walk to places such as São Bento and Clérigos. Parking would be very difficult if you arrive by car.
None of these were really problems for us, though. We were out exploring Porto most of the day and generally left in the morning and returned after dark.

Huele demasiado a humedad.
