The 75 m² vacation rental is located in a well-maintained residential building in a quiet, nature-rich setting at the foot of the Westerwald. The entryway, which is separated from the street by a wooden fence with a small gate, invites you to spend sunny hours in front of the sunroom on a bench and/or on the provided garden chairs. The surrounding area offers a wide range of recreational activities: hiking and biking trails start practically right outside the door, and nearby you’ll find a climbing park, a butterfly garden, and opportunities for day trips to the Rhine, Moselle, and Lahn valleys or to Koblenz. Regional restaurants, wineries, and pottery workshops round out the offerings. A free parking space on the street is available. The accommodations are accessible at ground level, with no stairs—ideal for families with children or guests with limited mobility. Please understand that we do not rent the vacation apartment to tradespeople or technicians.

The stylishly furnished vacation rental, approximately 75 m² in size, accommodates up to five people and combines modern comfort with a cozy country-house atmosphere. A bedroom with king-size double beds, two sofa beds in the living room, and a crib or rollaway bed provide flexible sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a wheelchair-accessible shower, toiletries, a hair dryer, and fresh towels. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for cooking: a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, and a basic selection of spices. The cozy dining area is perfect for sharing meals, while the sunroom offers a wonderful spot for breakfast at sunrise. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, a TV, a sound system, books, and board games. We’ve also thought of families: a high chair, a crib, extra pillows and blankets, and blackout curtains are provided. Safety features such as smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit ensure your peace of mind. Check-in is flexible via a key box, though we’d be happy to welcome our guests in person whenever possible.



On-site fees: The total amount is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 100% of the rental price will be refunded; for cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival, only 50% will be refunded.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Please understand that we do not rent to tradespeople or technicians.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
