Welcome to this charming house located in Moyenmoutier, near the largest abbey in the area. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a peaceful getaway, this house combines modern comfort with authentic charm. Completely renovated in 2024, this spacious and bright house features reversible air conditioning and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The gîte is located on the upper floor of a former worker's house at the Senones spinning mill. On the first floor, the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy in the welcoming dining room or in the sunny courtyard. The tastefully decorated living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It features a flat-screen TV, games for children, and high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) to keep you connected. The house also has a pleasant bathroom with a shower and new toilet. Upstairs, a large bedroom can accommodate four people with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and two twin beds. The bedroom is comfortable and has storage space, as well as a curtain to divide the room in two (queen-size bed on one side, twin beds on the other). A separate toilet is located on the upstairs landing. You also have access to an additional room (laundry room) with a washing machine and dryer. The room is large enough to store a bicycle or any other bulky items. The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption.
