About this villa rental
Nestled among the rolling Tuscan hills, at the foot of Mount Cetona, Godiluva is much more than a
refined retreat: it is a haven of absolute peace, a place with an eclectic spirit nestled in a
setting of lush greenery.
The 5,000-square-meter park and garden, tended with a keen eye for landscape design, is home to over 60 different plant species
that offer blooms throughout the year and ever-changing scents, making every season
a unique sensory experience.
Every room in the house has been renovated and furnished with artisanal care. Every detail tells
a story of encounters, fusions, and harmonies—just like this borderland between Tuscany,
Umbria, and Lazio, a natural crossroads between the Val d’Orcia, the Val di Chiana, and the Val di Paglia.
With a total area of 650 square meters, Godiluva can accommodate up to 10 guests in five
double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, three of which feature a living area and one with a
private terrace.
The spacious and bright living area features an elegant open-concept space with a wood-burning fireplace and a
fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, a spacious, inviting area encourages you to enjoy nature and relax:
• dining area with a barbecue, wood-fired oven, and outdoor kitchen
• infinity pool with magnesium and potassium salt water
• wood-heated Skargards Swedish hot tub with hydromassage
• 150-square-meter spa, with sauna and gym
• Yoga, Pilates, and personalized massages
The property also features:
• on-site laundry facilities
• Wi-Fi throughout the property
• over 70% of our electricity generated by our solar panel system
Every day, our house manager is available to organize your stay: from
daily grocery shopping to a private chef service, to tailor-made experiences, such as a visit to the
Podernuovo winery—just a 5-minute walk away—featuring wine testings and the option of
lunch or dinner.
Godiluva is ideally located:
15 minutes from the A1 highway, 2 hours and 30 minutes from Rome, 90 minutes from Florence, 60 minutes from Siena
and Arezzo, and 15 minutes from the new Chiusi heliport, which will be operational in 2026.
