Haus Katharina is located in a rural setting in the heart of Germany. Here you’ll have plenty of space to spend time together with friends, family, and more.

In the large group room, you can spend cozy hours together in front of the fireplace, and when the weather permits, you’ll also find plenty of space in our large, private farm garden (which is available for you to use free of charge).

The house offers plenty of space for get-togethers in a cozy atmosphere.

Our group room features a piano and a fireplace. Nothing stands in the way of cozy moments on the big sofa or playing games together at the long table.

The house has three floors; the number of rooms depends on the size of the group.

On the first floor, there are two beautiful rooms, one with three beds and one with a double bed. There’s also a bathroom, the kitchen, and the group room.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette with seating, and a balcony. The kitchenette has an additional sofa that can be converted into a sleeper sofa if needed.

On the top floor, there are four more rooms for you. The first room has a double bed. In the next room—I always call it the “purple room” (probably because of the wallpaper :D)—there are three single beds.

The family room can accommodate up to five people, and it also has a sitting area (with a small kitchenette). The last room has two beds. You can push them together or pull them apart as you like. Two bathrooms round out the accommodations.

Since we’re trying to keep the price low, you’ll need to bring your own bed linens. We provide the sheets and small towels. However, bed linens can also be booked for an additional €4.50, which is then paid on site.

The price listed here is not a single-room rate, and since the house is very large, we reserve the right to lock some of the rooms or not make them available for smaller groups.
