The Space:

Aria is a three-bedroom villa built around a fully fenced courtyard, with high-end design and finishes throughout. The open floor plan and high ceilings make the interior feel grand and airy, and the spacious bedrooms, two kings and a queen, give everyone room to settle in, with a single bed in the living room, three full bathrooms and a half bath. Step outside and the pool, hot tub and fire pit are all within the courtyard walls. It suits families and small groups who want privacy and an easy indoor-outdoor stay. Throw the doors open; the courtyard is part of the house.

The fully fenced courtyard keeps everything close and private. The resort-style pool and hot tub sit at its center, surrounded by plenty of space for lounging in the sun. A BBQ grill is ready for dinner outside, and the fire pit is where the day ends, under a clear, starry desert sky.



-Living Area-

The open floor plan and high ceilings give the living area a grand, airy feel, finished with high-end design throughout. It is an easy place for the group to gather after a day out, with the courtyard just steps away.



-Kitchen and Dining-

The fully stocked kitchen opens to the living space, so cooking stays part of the conversation. It has what you need for breakfasts at home and group dinners, and the BBQ grill in the courtyard brings meals outside.



-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-

Aria has three spacious bedrooms: two with king beds and one with a queen bed, plus a single bed in the living room. Each bedroom has high-end finishes, and the home has three full bathrooms and a half bath.

Aria is in Yucca Valley, between Joshua Tree Village and Pioneertown, home of Pappy and Harriet's. La Copine and the Integratron are easy outings, and Joshua Tree National Park is there for hiking, climbing and sunsets among the boulders. Come back to the courtyard for a swim and a night by the fire.

The entire house and property are yours to enjoy! Please note that a few supply closets stay locked to store rental supplies.

Other Things to Note:

-House-Specific Rules-

► Please keep music at a reasonable volume and turn it off by the start of quiet hours.

► Please rinse off oils and lotions before entering, keep the cover on when not in use, and no drinking in the hot tub, please.



-Pool Heating Fee-

Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival, as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool.

During the winter months, please be aware that colder outdoor temperatures may cause the pool to feel cooler than its maintained temperature of 85°F. We kindly ask that you ensure this temperature meets your comfort level before submitting a request, as refunds cannot be issued on this basis.



-Hot Tub Heating-

No fee to heat the hot tub! Please note that because the hot tub is an in-ground hot tub, it is not heated constantly in order to conserve energy. It will take around 30 minutes to heat to 104 degrees from ambient temperature. Only one of the pool or hot tub can heat at once. If you wish to use the hot tub while the pool is heating, the pool heating will turn off while the hot tub heats, and it will resume once the hot tub is turned back off.



-Pool and Hot Tub Service-

The pool and hot tub are serviced Mondays and Thursdays, approximately between 9am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.



-Pet Policy-

We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation how many dogs you are bringing. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed due to the owner's severe allergy.

The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it's important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.
