Communication and service is essentially absent. Window did not open in one of the bedrooms facing very busy street with constant ambulance sirens and crowds. We brought it to just and were ignored for 3 nights. We literally could not sleep at all those 3 nights. Manager Frank is extremely rude and was caught lying a number of times. You have no idea to accesses the apartment while you are out for the day. Let gone missing from within apartment and despite constant follow-ups nothing was done. I would not stay there unless staff gets retrained and there are significant improvements with customer service. There were also 2 dirty towels on the upper shelf in the closet.

Fake and misleading advertisement,!wasn’t given the room shown on the listing and the hotel admitted they had an fire safety risk with the room I booked and I wasn’t given any discount or a equal room
